Chapter 15

Now we come to the Seven Vials that are going to be poured out. The timing of the Seven Vials is probably about three years after the mark of the beast is past out. This is only a guess because I do not know how long it takes to pour out each vial, or how much space is in between each one. But there can't be a long time until the very end. Each vial is meant to do some damage. I don't know how long a human can live once all of the water is turned to blood.

What do we notice first? Seven marvelous angels, and a great glass sea. A multitude stands on the sea. This multitude has gotten victory over the beast and his mark. Who are they? These are those who have died during the seven-year tribulation period. There has been a large addition to their number. Because they would not take the mark, they have been martyred. This group we call the "Tribulation Saints." None of these are members of the original church that was raptured. Some are the people of Laodicea's church. Others of this group that have turned to Christ during the tribulation period and paid the ultimate price of their lives. Why are they here now? They are there to stand as testimony to show that what God is about to do is a very righteous act. Satan, the Antichrist, the False Prophet and the people in power with them have killed every righteous person that they can get their hands on. If you are righteous and you are trying to live for God during this time, you will be targeted for death. These people have victory over the beast, over his image, over his mark, and over the number of his name, they stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. They sing a special song about how wonderful and Holy Christ is.

Now we move our attention to something else, "And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened." Here is the Tabernacle of God, can you see the Ark of the Covenant here. All of the items involved with Israel's worship of God are all patterned after heaven.

The Seven Angels are coming from out of the temple in Heaven. This is where mercy is shown. There are a few things to notice as they come out. First, since they are clothed in the righteousness (white robes) we know that this is a holy act about to take place. They are also dressed to represent the Glory of God (golden girdles). This is a Holy and Glorious act of God about to take place. This point needs too made because the earth is going to be dealt with so severely of judgement it is hard to imagine how bad it is going to be.

7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

Gold represents God's glory. Pure gold has no sin connected to it. When God has the angels, pour out the vials, it is going to be an honorable, righteous, necessary thing to do. The people that we have seen have been killed, is a testimony against the earth. The men of the world have given themselves to Satan. They are totally in rebellion. They will not respond to any kind of mercy. All that remains for them is to have God's judgment.

8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

In the Temple in Heaven is where the Ark of the Testimony is. This is the place of mercy. The scripture is saying that there will be no more mercy until the wrath of God is poured out.
